We are currently seeking a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Logistics & Shipping Department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and logistics, who are eager to assist Czech-speaking clients with their shipping inquiries and needs.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipments, tracking, service options, and company policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a seamless shipping experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure all queries are followed up in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate customer requests and optimize service delivery.
- Keep informed about current logistics trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or shipping sector.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- A proactive approach to customer assistance and issue resolution.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
