As a member of our customer support team, you will provide high-quality service, resolving technical issues and ensuring optimal use of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a range of IT issues, including software, hardware, and connectivity challenges.
  • Provide insights and training to customers on product usage, features, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Cooperate with team members to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
  • Engage in continual learning and development to stay up-to-date on technology trends.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English is required, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in IT support or a related technical role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solid grasp of technical concepts.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic workplace.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to work.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
