Your Responsibilities- Offer IT support and cybersecurity consultancy to Czech-speaking clients.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cybersecurity products and services.
- Design and recommend tailored security solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
- Document customer interactions and technical specifications in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the development and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in technical support or IT consulting is preferred.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and IT technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to relocate and embrace new challenges
