As a Consultant in this department, you will engage with Czech-speaking clients to offer comprehensive support for their ticketing and event service inquiries. Your expertise will be critical in guiding customers through our online platforms, ensuring they have a seamless booking experience for their events. Your Responsibilities- Assist Czech-speaking clients with inquiries related to online ticketing and event services.
- Guide clients through the ticket purchasing process and offer personalized recommendations based on their requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with event organizers to ensure accurate and relevant event information is provided to clients.
- Monitor ticketing trends and provide suggestions for service improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests within our CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Please include your nationality and native language in your application.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or the events industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with online ticketing and event management platforms is advantageous.
