Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a German Speaking Consultant to join our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about the events industry and skilled in customer consultation.
As a Consultant in this department, you will engage with clients to provide comprehensive support for their ticketing and event service needs. You will utilize your expertise to guide customers through our online platforms, ensuring they have a seamless experience when booking and managing event tickets. Your Responsibilities- Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries related to online ticketing and event services.
- Guide clients through the ticket purchasing process and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with event organizers to ensure accurate event information is available to clients.
- Monitor ticketing trends and provide feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or the events industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in using online ticketing and event platforms.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and a passion for the events industry.
