Responsibilities- Engage with clients in German to identify their ticketing and event management needs.
- Provide tailored consulting on the effective use of online ticketing systems to enhance event experiences.
- Support clients with training and resources to improve their understanding of ticketing tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continually refine and innovate service offerings based on client feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies in ticketing and event management.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and suggestions for service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Understanding of online ticketing systems and event management processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and client feedback.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving industry standards.
