This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the events sector, looking to provide exceptional service to our Polish-speaking clients. As a consultant, you will assist clients in navigating our ticketing solutions to enhance their event management process and overall experience.
Responsibilities- Engage with Polish-speaking clients to understand their specific ticketing and event requirements.
- Provide customized recommendations for online ticketing solutions that address client needs.
- Assist clients with the implementation and utilization of ticketing systems for their events.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize the use of our ticketing services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ticket sales and event organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in online ticketing, event management, or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with online ticketing platforms and a solid understanding of event logistics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
