You will utilize your expertise to guide customers through our online platforms, ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience when booking and managing event tickets. Your Responsibilities- Assist Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries related to online ticketing and event services.
- Guide clients through the ticket purchasing process, providing tailored recommendations based on their requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, delivering effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with event organizers to ensure that accurate and relevant event information is accessible to clients.
- Monitor ticketing trends and provide insights to help improve services and product offerings.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Please specify your nationality and native language in your application.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or the events industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
