In this pivotal role, you will support clients across the Nordic region in optimizing their online ticketing and event management strategies. Responsibilities- Engage with clients in Nordic languages to understand their ticketing and event management needs.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for using online ticketing platforms to ensure successful events.
- Analyze client requirements and deliver customized solutions to meet their event goals.
- Facilitate training sessions and ongoing support for clients on ticketing systems and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings based on client feedback and industry developments.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in online ticketing and event management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client needs and feedback effectively.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
