In this critical role, you will work closely with clients to help them navigate the complexities of ticketing and event management. Responsibilities- Engage with clients in Portuguese to understand their ticketing and event management requirements.
- Provide tailored consultations on the effective use of online ticketing systems.
- Assist clients in developing strategies to optimize their event offerings.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure clients make the most of available platforms.
- Work with internal teams to refine service offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in online ticketing and event management solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client needs and feedback.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
