We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Consultant for our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the events industry who possess a strong understanding of online ticketing solutions specifically tailored for the Portuguese-speaking market.
Responsibilities- Provide expert support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding online ticketing systems and event services.
- Assist clients in optimizing their ticketing processes and strategies for improved event management.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' existing ticketing operations and recommend solutions for enhancement.
- Work closely with various internal teams to ensure the effective implementation of tailored ticketing solutions.
- Advise clients on local event regulations and compliance requirements as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the ticketing and events industry to provide strategic insights.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in online ticketing, event management, or consulting within the events industry.
- Strong understanding of ticketing platforms and best practices for event services.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights for clients.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
