Responsibilities- Engage with clients in German to understand their ticketing and event service needs.
- Provide expert consultations on using online ticketing platforms to enhance event success.
- Develop tailored solutions that address client requirements for event management.
- Offer ongoing support and training to clients on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service offerings based on client feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and innovations in online ticketing and event services.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
