Exciting Opportunity: Czech Speaking Consultant for our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Consultant to join our dynamic SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Czech-speaking clients, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of cloud technologies and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.

Your expertise will help clients navigate the digital landscape, enabling them to leverage our offerings for improved business performance. If you are enthusiastic about technology and skilled in client relations, we would love to hear from you

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for Czech-speaking clients, understanding their SaaS and cloud computing needs.
  • Provide expert advice and tailor solutions to enhance their usage of cloud applications.
  • Support clients through the onboarding process and assist in troubleshooting any issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on our SaaS products effectively.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform continuous improvement of our services and solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in SaaS and cloud computing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or technical consulting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and how they can benefit businesses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for effective client consultation.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects in a remote work environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on technology trends in the cloud sector.
