Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Flemish Speaking Consultant in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and have a strong background in SaaS and cloud services. You will work directly with Flemish-speaking clients to provide expert consultations that help them effectively utilize these innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Flemish-speaking clients to assess their specific needs related to SaaS and cloud computing.
  • Provide expert consultation on selecting, implementing, and managing SaaS applications and cloud solutions.
  • Conduct detailed evaluations of client requirements and recommend customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of SaaS and cloud services.
  • Offer ongoing support and training to clients to help them maximize the use and benefits of their cloud technologies.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices for utilizing SaaS and cloud solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in SaaS and cloud computing to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish and English, with knowledge of additional languages being advantageous.
  • Proven experience in consulting or support roles focused on SaaS and cloud computing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS models, cloud service frameworks, and relevant technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and deliver appropriate recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, cloud platforms, and project management tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated in managing client relationships and driving project success.
