Exciting Opportunity: French Speaking Consultant for our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is on the lookout for a talented French Speaking Consultant to join our dynamic SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with our French-speaking clients, helping them optimize their use of cloud technologies and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.

Your insights and expertise will be essential in guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring they successfully leverage our cloud-based offerings to meet their business needs. If you are passionate about technology and dedicated to client success, we want to hear from you

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage with French-speaking clients to identify their SaaS and cloud computing requirements.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and solutions to enhance their use of cloud technologies.
  • Support clients through the onboarding process, implementation, and overall usage of our cloud applications.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to effectively educate clients about our SaaS products.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to aid in the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Keep informed about industry trends and advancements in SaaS and cloud computing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or technical consulting is highly sought after.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud solutions and their application in business environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for addressing client challenges.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on technology trends in the cloud sector.
