Responsibilities
  • Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their needs regarding SaaS and cloud computing solutions.
  • Offer expert advice on the selection, implementation, and management of SaaS offerings and cloud services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and recommend tailored solutions that drive business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate the deployment and customization of cloud solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of their SaaS platforms.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices for utilizing SaaS and cloud technologies.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in SaaS and cloud computing to deliver cutting-edge advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, with additional language skills being a plus.
  • Prior experience in consulting or customer support focused on SaaS and cloud computing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing frameworks, SaaS delivery models, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex business challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM, project management tools, and cloud platforms.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to client engagement and problem resolution.
