We are currently seeking a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Dating & Social Networking Apps Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about fostering connections between people and are eager to assist Czech-speaking users in navigating their online social experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking users of dating and social networking apps via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, app functionalities, and safety guidelines.
  • Handle user concerns and complaints with a focus on resolution and maintaining user satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience and address common challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online dating and social networking.
  • Gather user feedback to help inform future product improvements and support processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within online platforms or social apps.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to empathize with users.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with CRM software and standard office applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and user assistance.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
