In this important role, you will assist Czech-speaking customers with inquiries related to electronics repairs and warranty claims, ensuring they receive prompt and effective support. Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding repairs and warranty inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with the claims process, guiding them through each step and answering their questions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
