In this important role, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers with their inquiries related to consumer electronics repairs and warranty claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. If you're ready to leverage your communication skills and technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment, this position is perfect for you
Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding repairs and warranty services.
- Assist customers in processing warranty claims and troubleshooting electronic devices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with technicians and team members to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest products and repair processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service orientation with a technical mindset.
- Previous experience in customer support or electronics repair is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a problem-solving attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
