In this role, you will provide outstanding support to German-speaking users as they navigate our platforms. You will be responsible for assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience in the exciting world of online dating and social networking. Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist users with app-related inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the latest updates to our dating and social networking apps.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably within technology or mobile app environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • A genuine interest in dating and social networking applications.
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented approach to working.
