Your Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to dating and social networking apps, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns are addressed.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and relevant industry trends.

Requirements

  • Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly for apps or online services, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
