We are currently searching for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Dating & Social Networking Apps Department. This role is perfect for those who are enthusiastic about helping users navigate social platforms and enhancing their online experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking users of dating and social networking apps through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about account settings, app features, and subscription information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Educate users on safety features and best practices within the app to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address user needs and implement service improvements.
  • Gather user feedback and report on trends to support ongoing platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in tech, social networking, or dating app industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
