Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about auction processes, bidding issues, and account assistance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on auction products and platform features.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or within the auction/bidding space is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
