We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Dating & Social Networking Apps Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and relationships, and who enjoy helping Spanish-speaking users navigate their social networking experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking users of dating and social networking apps via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and app functionality.
  • Address user concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Educate users on best practices for app usage and safety guidelines.
  • Document and manage customer interactions efficiently to identify trends and optimize service.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and enhance the user experience.
  • Collect user feedback and insights to contribute to improvements in app features and services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or social networking sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and standard office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
