Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions related to gaming and e-sports products.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with gaming trends and product features.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential. Please state your nationality and native language when applying.
  • A genuine passion for gaming and e-sports.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player who enjoys collaborative environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
