We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Gaming & Esports Department. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about gaming and esports and are enthusiastic about providing outstanding support to a community of gamers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients within the gaming and esports industry through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming accounts, platform usage, and technical issues.
  • Address user feedback and complaints with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  • Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and company updates to offer knowledgeable assistance.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance user experience.
  • Gather insights from customers to support product development and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the gaming or esports sector is preferred.
  • Strong passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming culture and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
