We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Dating & Social Networking Apps Department. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, social networking, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer support to German-speaking users of dating and social networking applications via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist users with account setup, profile management, and navigation of the app functionalities.
  • Effectively resolve user inquiries, concerns, and complaints to enhance their experience on the platform.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain follow-ups on pending requests.
  • Work closely with the product and technical teams to provide feedback and solutions for user-reported issues.
  • Educate users about safety practices, subscription options, and application features.
  • Gather user feedback and suggestions to contribute to the improvement of services and app functionality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the tech or app industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
