Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking users through various channels such as chat, email, and phone.
- Assist users with inquiries related to the functionalities of our dating and social networking apps.
- Document user interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet service objectives while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve your knowledge of our products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or familiarity with dating/social networking apps is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude toward helping others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
