Key Responsibilities- Provide stellar technical support to Nordic-speaking clients through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and effectively.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.
- Accurately document all support interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and support trends to improve customer experience.
- Contribute positively to team discussions and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English is essential.
- Prior experience in IT support or a similar technical role is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a collaborative setting.
