Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest tailored product solutions to enhance sales potential.
  • Effectively manage order processing and respond to inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and drive sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry developments to assist customers effectively.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance customer care and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven track record in sales.
  • Prior experience in a customer care or sales role is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
