Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer care to Nordic-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to boost sales.
  • Manage order processing and respond to customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and sales performance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Engage in ongoing training to refine customer service and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is essential.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and driving sales.
  • Prior experience in customer care or sales roles is preferred.
  • Ability to understand customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and managing sales processes.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer interaction.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
