Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Understand customer needs to suggest tailored products and services that enhance sales.
  • Efficiently handle order processing and respond to customer queries.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate within the team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about our product offerings, promotions, and market trends to guide customers effectively.
  • Engage in ongoing training to refine your skills in customer care and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is essential.
  • Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record.
  • Experience in customer care or sales roles is highly preferred.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and order management.
