Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate products and services to drive sales.
  • Manage customer orders and inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Document customer interactions and track sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service offerings and sales strategies.
  • Remain informed about product details, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills in customer service and sales.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and proven ability in sales.
  • Experience in customer care roles or sales environments is preferred.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable options.
  • Proficient in CRM software and handling sales processes effectively.
  • Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Commitment to achieving individual and team sales targets.
