Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and online chat.
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable products or services to enhance sales.
- Process customer orders and manage inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales efforts in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and optimize sales strategies.
- Remain knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and market trends.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance both customer care and sales skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is required, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation and proven sales ability.
- Prior experience in customer care or sales roles is a plus.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes preferable.
- Energetic team player with a can-do attitude.
