Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer care to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Understand customer needs to offer tailored product recommendations and solutions.
- Process customer orders and follow up on inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Participate in regular training to expand your skills in customer care and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer service and sales role is advantageous.
- Ability to listen actively and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales processes.
- Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
