You will be part of a diverse team, supporting our Nordic-speaking clients and ensuring their IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Assist customers by answering their inquiries and providing guidance on product features and best practices.
- Document all support interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product offerings to provide informed support.
- Engage in ongoing training and contribute to enhancing team performance.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English is essential.
- Previous experience in IT support or a technical service role is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and IT troubleshooting techniques.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative setting.
