We are currently looking for Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our Dating & Social Networking Apps Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about fostering connections and providing exceptional service to users navigating our innovative platforms.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking users via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries and support related to dating and social networking apps.
- Guide users in utilizing the app features effectively to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve user complaints and concerns promptly while ensuring a positive interaction.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to convey user feedback and improve app functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and user preferences to provide relevant and helpful information.
- Assist in creating informative content and resources for users to optimize their experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within the tech or social networking sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others and enhancing user experiences.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
