Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding book orders, product information, and account issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to keep up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A passion for books and literature is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and proactive team player.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills.
