You will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to a wide range of fitness and sports equipment, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Italian, addressing inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment effectively.
  • Assist customers with product selection, technical issues, and order-related questions to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issues for quality assurance and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage proactively with customers to foster relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the fitness, sports, or retail industry, is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers professionally.
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and sports, with a willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.
