Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide excellent support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fitness products, equipment usage, and after-sales support. Your enthusiasm for fitness and commitment to customer service will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including email, phone, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding fitness equipment, product availability, and usage recommendations.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with product specialists to resolve customer issues and provide technical support when necessary.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in fitness and sports equipment to offer knowledgeable assistance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the fitness or sports equipment industry.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centered approach.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
