In this role, you will be a key player in providing exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers who are passionate about beauty and skincare. You will assist customers with their inquiries regarding products, orders, and skincare advice, while promoting a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in Italian, addressing inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
  • Assist customers with order placements, product recommendations, and troubleshooting queries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive customer records.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide customer feedback and enhance product offerings.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the latest beauty trends and product lines to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels, fostering positive relationships with the brand.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare, with a willingness to learn about new products and trends.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage customer records and follow up on inquiries accurately.
