In this role, you will be the point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers who seek assistance with their beauty and skincare needs. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about skincare products and enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic and engaging environment. As part of our team, you will help customers navigate product inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their overall shopping experience with a renowned beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch, assisting customers with inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
  • Provide expert guidance on product usage, recommendations, and benefits while addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and product offerings to provide customers with valuable insights.
  • Engage in proactive communication to foster customer loyalty and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and connect with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products, with an eagerness to learn about new trends and products.
