Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support in French, assisting clients with inquiries about beauty and skincare products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs, enhancing their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Engage proactively with customers through phone, email, or chat to ensure their questions are answered promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the beauty or retail sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
