As a vital member of our team, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding products, beauty advice, and order support. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to beauty and skincare products, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and managing returns or exchanges in a professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Stay informed on the latest product launches, trends, and industry developments to provide customers with current and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to help escalate product issues or customer feedback for improvement.
  • Engage regularly with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to foster a positive shopping experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish is essential; strong proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage customers effectively and professionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Adept at managing multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and handle customer queries.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to helping customers enhance their skincare routines.
