In this position, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries about beauty and skincare products, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in German, assisting customers with inquiries regarding beauty and skincare products.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice on product usage, helping customers find the best solutions for their skincare needs.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and respond to customer feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends, product launches, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage with customers through various channels, ensuring a personalized and responsive service experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry, is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products, along with an understanding of industry trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with customers effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction.
