This position allows you to be part of a passionate team dedicated to promoting beauty and skincare solutions while providing exceptional customer support. You will engage with Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to products, orders, and concerns. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer support in Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish), addressing inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
  • Assist customers with product selection, usage advice, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter with their orders.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system for ongoing improvements in service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to communicate customer insights and enhance product offerings.
  • Stay updated on beauty and skincare trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities to provide customers with relevant information.
  • Engage proactively with customers to build rapport and foster lasting relationships.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • A passion for beauty and skincare products, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers.
