In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fitness products, order management, and customer service. Your passion for health and fitness, combined with your commitment to customer satisfaction, will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order statuses, and returns.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or retail industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
