In this role, you will be directly involved in assisting customers with their inquiries about a diverse range of beauty and skincare products. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service that enhances the customer experience and fosters brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities
  • Offer high-quality customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries related to beauty and skincare products efficiently.
  • Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and order processing to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints from customers while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate promotions, special offers, and new product launches to customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in beauty and skincare to offer relevant advice and support.
  • Participate in continuous training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, is highly preferable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating good time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for maintaining customer records.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products, eager to learn and share knowledge with customers.
