You will assist customers with inquiries related to fitness products and sports equipment, guiding them to make informed purchasing decisions. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in French, assisting customers with inquiries about fitness and sports equipment.
- Help customers with product selection, order tracking, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in fitness and sports equipment to offer relevant and up-to-date advice to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote new products or offers.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the fitness or sports equipment industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
- A passion for fitness and a solid understanding of fitness equipment will be a significant advantage.
