Your expertise in customer service will be instrumental in assisting clients with product inquiries, order management, and resolving any concerns they may have. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support in German, handling inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment products and services.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, order status, and any issues related to their purchases.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive record of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, product features, and inventory to provide the most relevant information to customers.
  • Engage with customers proactively to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or retail industry, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect professionally and empathetically with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A passion for fitness and sports equipment, with a willingness to learn about new products and trends.
